Dogs Rescued

She Was Abandoned For A Long Time On A Street Corner So She Starved And Died But She Still Fought.

We heard of a very thin dog in Rio Grande that was in dire need of assistance. She was fed some food and kept in the barn for the last three days, and they thought she was better. We reimbursed the transporter for the petrol used to pick her up and transport her to Corpus Christie, Texas, emergency vet. Trinity was her name.

Trinity has an unhealed previous fracture in her front leg, is extremely anemic, and has no weight on her right rear limb. Her body mass index is less than 1. The veterinarian claimed she had not eaten in a very long period. Naturally, the intense flea infestation had left her malnourished and dehydrated to the point that a blood transfusion was suggested. She has to be gradually exposed to eating again, but in very little quantities and maybe even special meals.

The veterinary personnel informed me she was really nice and wanted to survive. Trinity is only starting treatment for her hips, legs, and known issues. She also needs particular diets, ongoing blood tests, and therapy.

Her legs were X-rayed by the emergency department vet as well, and one of the issues was a missing knee cap. She is really driven to live. Trinity's condition has stabilised currently, but her outlook is still unknown. She will undoubtedly have several therapies to deal with the issues ailing her body during her protracted and difficult healing process.

Trinity is, however, battling ferociously to seize her opportunity in the face of all this. Furthermore, this priceless girl so well merits this chance. We heard of a very thin dog in Rio Grande that was in dire need of assistance.
