Dog Who Was Found Living On A Heavy Chain His Whole Life, Grabs His Rescuer’s Hand

This unfortunate bull had spent his life chained to a dog house. When his friends had to evacuate after their country was attacked by Russia, they left him without providing any food or water. The chain it was on was so short that it barely reached the doghouse. Despite these difficulties, the bull’s tail continued to wag with joy.
