Skinny dog imprisoned for four years, sitting in one place, longing for one day to be free.
A new chapter in Ragnarok's life began with his rescue. The animal rescue group's committed staff spared no effort in bringing him the emergency medical treatment he needed. Ragnarok was very undernourished and covered in mange, but he kept his spirit strong.
The rescue group started posting updates about Ragnarok's journey on social media after receiving an overwhelming amount of community support. In response to his narrative, many people have donated, volunteered, and raised awareness about the suffering of abandoned animals.
Ragnarok eventually came to trust humans again as time went on. The once shy and scared dog started to wag his tail in delight at all the attention and affection he was receiving. His self-esteem and feeling of safety were restored as a result of the time spent mingling with him by the volunteers.
